How to use properties of 5 Mukhi Nepali Rudraksha in water

• Three beads of raw Five Mukhi Rudraksha are used for water theraphy, wherein  these beads are soaked in water at night, stored preferably in a copper vessel.
• The soaking time should be minimum 8 hours.
• This water should be taken daily and too an empty stomach, for controlling blood pressure, diabetes, and stomach disorders, or even act as a health guard against all the diseases.
• The beads should be taken out of water every day, dried in the air for an hour and then used again.

3. Once dried, apply some mustard oil or olive oil on the Rudraksha for polishing it and then you can wear it again.
