• Three beads of raw Five Mukhi Rudraksha are used for water theraphy, wherein  these beads are soaked in water at night, stored preferably in a copper vessel.

• This water should be taken daily and too an empty stomach, for controlling blood pressure, diabetes, and stomach disorders, or even act as a health guard against all the diseases.
• The beads should be taken out of water every day, dried in the air for an hour and then used again.
